- The ClickBidTravel.com site is a Portal.
We do not own or contract for any vacation rental property listed on the Site. The Site acts as a listing portal to provide a means for Property Owners of our Site to offer Vacation Rental properties for rent. Our Member Property owners are solely responsible for the vacation rental pricing and auction terms and conditions for their privately owned property or properties. We are not directly involved in the actual transaction between Vacationers and Property Owners. As such, the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings (including the content thereof or any property or guest user review), the ability of Property Owners to rent vacation properties or the ability of Vacationers to pay for vacation rental properties are solely the responsibility of each user. - Site Usage Policies.
While we do charge a fee to Property Owners to list and Advertise their vacation rental properties on our Site, we do not charge Guests to access the Site and research Vacation Rental listings. Accordingly, we grant all users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Site to advertise vacation rental properties and/or research, view or make legitimate inquiries to Property Owners regarding their interest in particular vacation rental properties for their personal use, all in accordance with these Terms. Any other use of the Site is expressly prohibited. - Copyright.
All content on the ClickBidTravel.com Site, and the Site itself, is protected by copyright and database rights, and all users expressly agree to abide by any and all applicable copyright laws. - Use of Other User’s Information.
You hereby agree that, with respect to other users' personal information you may obtain through the use of our Site or through any Site-related communication or any Site-facilitated transaction, you are conducting any such communication activity through a temporary license to utilize such information in the normal course of business for the intended business purpose of this site. Under no circumstance may you disclose personal information about another user to any third party without both the consent of ClickBidTravel and the consent of the other user. By utilizing our site, you expressly agree that other users may use your personal information to communicate with you in accordance with this provision and in the normal course of business as it pertains to the intended purpose of this site - Responsibility for user-contributed content.
ClickBidTravel.com is in no way responsible for any content posted to our site by it’s members or guests. It is the sole responsibility of each user to comply with the site’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. We do not pre-screen site content in any fashion. We do periodically however scan our site for any misconduct or postings which may offend or otherwise be detrimental to the intended purpose of our site. Any content believed to be inappropriate or harmful to our guests or it’s users may at our sole discretion be removed to promote the best interests of all of our users.

All site users expressly agree and understand that all property listings on the Site are submitted by the property owner and are the direct responsibility of the submitting member. We specifically disclaim any and all liability arising from the alleged accuracy of the listings, property reviews, guest book entries, or any alleged breaches of contract on behalf of any of our member’s listings. It is the Property Owners responsibility for keeping property listing information current on the Site, including, but not limited to any and all representations about any property, its amenities, location, and its availability for a specific date or range of dates. We do not represent, warrant or guaranty in fashion any content provided by any Property Owner, guests, or other users of this site. - Limitation of Liability.
Under no circumstance will ClickBidTravel.com, ClickBidTravel, LLC or it’s subsidiaries, Affiliates, Officers or any of it’s Employees be liable for any lost profits or damages of any sort arising from the use of our site.
You hereby agree to Indemnify, defend and hold the site and any member of ClickBidTravel harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the indemnified parties in connection with any claim arising out of the use of our site. Any Legal Dispute between you and ClickBidTravel will be Governed by the Laws of the State of Oregon. - Disclaimer.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site and will be effective immediately thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any such change, modification or amendment will constitute your acceptance thereof. - Accuracy of Information.
Each member represents and covenants that any information submitted to the Site during such member’s registration with the Site shall be true and correct. Furthermore, member agrees to maintain all such information current through the member’s Customer Panel, also referred to as the “CPanel”.
Members agree that they may not post any information about any property which said member does not own or does not pose the legal capacity to represent to the public express written permission from any 3rd party. - Site Content.
ClickBidTravel reserves the sole right to maintain, modify, or entirely change the design, layout and core functions of our site in order to better serve our members. We also reserve the right at our sole discretion to review, edit or delete any and all content or photographs supplied by any member which may not comply with our site’s business practices. - Property Reviews.
All entries in the property review section of our site must be legitimate and accurate comments from guests who have actually stated at the member property. Any such comments which member finds to have been posted by unauthorized users or which may not be accurate in nature may be removed by sending an email request to: support@clickbidtravel.com. - Termination of Listing
All transactions for the site are final in nature. We do not provide refunds of any sort once a listing is submitted and payment processing for the service selected is complete. However, our Customer Support Representatives are happy to assist in any way we can with your listing on our site. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the use of our services, please submit such request to: support@clickbidtravel.com so that we can find ways to continually improve the service we provide to all of our users.
Should we become aware of or receive a complaint from any person or entity regarding a member’s listing or rental practices that, in our sole discretion, warrants the immediate removal of such member’s allegedly offensive listing from the Site (for example, and without limitation, if a member double-books a property for multiple travelers on the same date, or engages in any practice that, in our sole discretion, would be considered unfair within the vacation rental industry, or if we receive a complaint that any listing’s content infringes on the rights of a third party), then we may immediately remove the allegedly offensive listing from the Site without notice to the member. - Payments.
All Payment for Property Listings and Advertisements are to be made in U.S. Dollars paid by major credit or debit card through our online payment processing system. We contract through Paypal for all of our on-line credit-card payment processing.
