How does it work?

You can search and browse all Standard and Vacation Rental Auction listings in our network without registering, allowing you to locate your perfect vacation getaway. Once you have selected a property of interest, you will then need to register as a Guest to be able to inquire about a particular rental property or review and place a bid for that property.

You will notice that there are two types of listings in our network, Standard Vacation Rental Listings and Vacation Rental Auctions. Depending upon the property owner’s availability calendar, some properties may not have a current Vacation Rental Auction at a specific time, but we encourage you to check back often as our Vacation Rental Auction availability changes continuously.

Is there a fee ?

Our service is free to all Registered Guests allowing them to place inquiries and bids on all Vacation Rental Auctions around the World! You can inquire directly about availability on any Standard Vacation Rental Listing by simply using the “Contact Property Owner” button on each listing.

For Vacation Rental Auctions, once you place a bid you can monitor and revise your bid at any time by logging into your Guest Client Panel, where you can view, revise and add to your list of favorite vacation rental properties in our network. Upon expiration of an Auction, if you are the Winning Bidder, you will be notified via email and the Property Owner will contact you for payment information and exchange. All Vacation Property Reservation fees are exchanged directly between you the Vacationer and the Vacation Property Owner to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
